PATHWAYS TO PERFORMANCE
An intensive, high energy leadership program aimed at activating high school students and cultivating responsible young
leaders. The seminar engages the school as a whole through a series of individual challenges and group projects to be
completed by students alongside faculty sponsors and administrators.
The process culminates in students synthesizing their goals and presenting action plans. In guiding them through this
process they start to make personal discoveries as well as make ordered sense of how to establish and achieve their goals.
This builds confidence and inspires them to positively impact their community and school.

DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION
Balfour supports the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign, a White House Office of National Drug Control Policy Program.
The Campaign
Educates young people about the realities of illicit drugs and their true cost while providing tools to take
